Medical Assistant
Medical Assistant
Clinical staff member assisting in daily patient care rooming patients and performing a variety of in office testing as well as phlebotomy and injections. We work in teams assigning each MA to a provider to assist with prior authorizations, medication requests, documentation review from outside facility/providers and scheduling of imaging.

Administration Assistant
Administration Assistant
Representing DSFP with checking patients into and out of visits, answering telephone calls, appointment scheduling and confirmation, fulfilling patient requests, insurance entry/confirmation, chart requests and being knowledgeable of practice protocols. Coordinating with the office manager to assist with patient issues, insurance questions and quality measure completion.
